Given the current market conditions in which liquidity is limited and financing is difficult, USC focuses on time constrained opportunities, as well as special situations with non-traditional or complex underlying dynamics.

AMOUNT: Depends on neighborhood.
- Manhattan: under $500 pbsf
- Brooklyn: under $300 pbsf
- Queens: under $250 pbsf
- Manhattan: 10,000 - 50,000 bsf
- Brooklyn: 20,000 - 75,000 bsf
- Queens: 20,000 - 35,000 bsf
CLOSING PERIOD: 30 days once title clears
